Ricky is a character in Snowfall and Kane's lieutenant.
Biography
He and Todd were keeping the crew on their feet while Kane was in the clink. When Kane was shot by Detective Buckley, he was at the hospital on a daily basis keeping tabs on him until he was discharged.
