Logan Miller is a CIA field agent who Teddy McDonald replaced after he died from cocaine overdose.
Biography
He was the original CIA Operative working with Alejandro Usteves in smuggling cocaine in order to fund the rebel fight against the Sandinistas in Nicaragua. During that time, he and Alejandro decided to have some R and R and invite 3 ladies to their pad, during which, he partook in snorting cocaine with some women. He immediately OD'd on the product, causing bloody fumes to spew from his mouth. One on the ladies, Kristen, begged Alejandro to 911, instead Alejandro chose to 'cut all loose ends' and leave Logan to his fate.
