Juan is a dealer for the Crips in the Projects.
Biography
He was accused of stealing shoes, and Big Deon and Einstein called for Leon to interrogate him. Juan admitted the transgression but complained about making very little on the hard work. Leon broke his foot with a pipe and called it 'payment' for the sneakers. He is later seen in a cast with crutches, courtesy of Leon. He attends Jerome's funeral in the final season.
