Costa Rica is a country located in Central America. It is also a setting on the FX series Snowfall. It is a bridge country connected to Nicaragua in the north and Panama in the southeast. The capital is San José. In Season 3, Teddy and Julia arrive there to strike a deal with BobBob, a former CIA operative now running the Contras in Costa Rica to smuggle weapons to the Contras in Nicaragua.
