Gigans are a species of creatures that hail from the Gigan Nation. They are known to be brutal and war-hungry, previously being one of the countries involved in the Grand War against Canopy and the Chess Kingdom. Despite this, not all of them are violent, such as the kind Mr. Hilgard, and some are even seen living peacefully in the Canopy Kingdom.
They are gigantic horned monsters that come in varying skintones. Their horns are their most noticeable trait which come in different shapes and amounts. While Gigans are known to grow into giants, they actually vary in size, some being the height of a human. The average height of a Gigan is 15 feet.
Creation and development
In early lore there were robots called Mechanical Anti-Gigan that functioned as a "Canopy attempt at trying to fight Gigans."[1]
