This message is seen when the player fires the Tachyon Laser Mining Beam before carrying out the rest of the plan. It results in game over and is non-canon.
In the game scripts there is a similar E-Mail, however it is not possible to trigger that one in the game itself.
The text in the log is the same regardless of what difficulty is selected.
