Shun Gao (高順 Kō Jun) is in charge of the maintenance of the Hang On machine in Room 222 of the Yellow Head Building. It is unknown if he is affiliated with the Yellow Head gang. Shun can also be seen as a pedestrian in Aberdeen, Wan Chai, and Kowloon.

If Ryo Hazuki clears Hang On with only one credit, he will recieve a certificate from Shun that has his picture on it. He will also recieve a miniature capsule toy version of the Hang On arcade cabinent for earning a high enough score.
According to the certificate, Shun is the vice-president of the supporting committee of YS games.
