Floyd Iraia is a playable character in Streets of Rage 4.
Appearance
Floyd is a large muscular man of Maori descent. He is topless, showing off several diamond shaped tattoos and ringed tattoos that roll around his arms. Having lost his arms in a construction disaster, Floyd's arms have been replaced by large mechanical versions powered by Rakushin, which glow with pink energy when powered up.
Floyd's hair is shaved on both sides of his head, with the hair on top pulled back into a tight ponytail.
He wears brown trousers, a green belt, and orange sneakers with green stripes on the side.
History
Floyd used to work as a construction worker, namely as a mason. But after a construction disaster ended in him losing both his arms, the construction company he worked with invested in lawyers to throw Floyd under the bus rather than aid him with the huge medical bills he was left with.
Fortunately for Floyd, Dr. Gilbert Zan approached him with an offer to test his new Rakushin powered arms. Floyd worked with Zan for years learning how to control his new limbs. Grateful for Zan's help, Floyd became his apprentice, using his talent in building to aid the doctor.
Later when Blaze Fielding contacts Zan to get help to take down the Syndicate, Floyd offers to go in his place. Floyd joins Blaze Fielding, Axel Stone and Cherry Hunter to take down the new Syndicate.
