Lisa Canning is a Virgin Islander American television and radio hostess and correspondent. She appears in a cameo role in the original Scream (1996 film) as Reporter with Mask.
She portrays a field correspondent at Woodsboro, California who briefly reports right outside of Woodsboro High School that the Ghostface mask worn around campus as a prank was the same mask used by the killer.
Her credits include Entertainment Tonight from 1996 to 1999, co-host of "Knights and Warriors", the first season of Dancing with the Stars, Beyond With James Van Praagh (as the backstage interviewer/skeptic), and the Pax show Destination Stardom.
As an actress, Canning appeared in small roles in the feature films such as Scream (1996), Intermission (2004), and The Day After Tomorrow (2004). She has acted on the television soap operas, General Hospital and The Young and the Restless.
