Kusanagi is Yamato's primary weapon. The sword was designed by him as a reward for being an alpha tester for Sword Art Online. It cannot be obtained or used by any other player, and levels up with Yamato from the start of the game.
Appearance
Kusanagi is a traditional Japanese katana. Is has a white handle with black cloth grip weaved around it, with a silver pommel and ornately designed crossguard. The blade is a shining white.
