Shilop is a young boy that can be found in Varrock Square. During the Gertrude's Cat quest, he provides the player with information on the location of Fluffs, the missing cat, for a small price of 100 coins.
He is a son of Gertrude and a brother to Kanel, Philop, and Wilough.
