The Cave is the second stage of R-Type II and the third stage in Super R-Type. Just like the Creature Cave in R-Type, The Cave is a place teeming with aquatic Bydo life. Pilots must be careful when shooting Breams; they will try to ram you when they're shot. Pilots must also destroy other Bydo organisms before they become a threat. In Super R-Type, Inexsis replaces Barakus as the boss.
