Teal (ディール Dīru) is a bipedal missile launcher just like the P-Staff, but it has been controlled by "Major" to protect Eden's landscapes and former man-made facilities from foreign intruders. It fires missiles that home on in towards where the R-9 Leo is. They can even back flip after jumping off ledges.

It appears in Red Hot Desert, Floating Continent and Inside of Ruins.
It is renamed Bruntum in Final 2.
