Donnelly was an officer of the Detroit Police Department. He was partnered with Jensen.
Biography
After Donnelly – and many other police officers – stopped a would-be robber at a donut shop, a call was received about a breaking and entering offense at a police facility. Donnelly and Jensen responded to the call alongside Officer Anne Lewis.[1]
Donnelly and Jensen failed the pursuit after running into a car, and Lewis' car subsequently flipped, stranding the three officers in Splatterpunk territory. They managed to fend off the gang members long enough for RoboCop to come to their aid and incapacitate the gang.[1]
