Tier 1 bait can be obtained from fishing, with the rarity of "uncommon".
Usage
Fishing Speed
To use bait, the player would need to stand near a body of water outside of the player's island. The player would then use the bait and either the wooden fishing rod or iron fishing rod to fish normally. Using a tier 1 bait grants the player +15% Fishing Speed for two minutes, while using a tier 2 bait grants +25% Fishing Speed for two minutes.
