Pankration

Pankration (literally meaning "all powers") is a fighting style originating in ancient Greece. It is a mixed martial art that combines wrestling with boxing. In myth, pankration was created by Hercules and Theseus, it was said that Theseus defeated the Minotaur, using this martial art, while Hercules used this martial art to defeat Nemean Lion. Pankration was a popular sport at the original Olympic games.
