Fuego is the indestructible silver cane with a jade handle can hide his limp and turn into a spear that was given to him by Saqik'oxol. Zane named it Fuego because it was as fast as fire, it can return to him when called. When not a weapon, it turned into a letter opener which Zane wore in his sock. He later destroyed it to feed the Eternal Flame but is given a new, more powerful version that becomes a jaguar tattoo on his hand.

Zane uses Fuego in his fight against Muwan.
The Fire Keeper
Zane uses Fuego to fight off various enemies and destroys it to feed the eternal flame. After Hurakan is saved, Zane is given a new and improved version of Fuego that now becomes a tattoo on his hand and travels at twice the speed of the first one.
