The amphitheater is an open-air venue used for entertainment, performances, and sports. It is situated just around the campfire in Camp Half-Blood. This is also the place where the Children of Apollo lead their singalongs. People cook s’mores on the campfire, and do sing-alongs.

After the Second Demigod Civil War is concluded and the Greek and Roman camps form an alliance, the two camps sit in the amphitheater to listen to announcements the night before the Twelfth Legion Fulminata goes back to Camp Half-Blood.

Once Apollo regains his godhood, he returns to Camp Half-Blood to see his children and other demigods he befriends and they watch the campfire at the amphitheater.
