Oliver is a supposed victim of Lucas Baker, who was trapped in the attic and then left to die, presumably by dehydration and starvation. He is the only victim of the Baker Family prior to Eveline's influence.[1]
According to Lucas, he was a bully that often made fun of him due to the discovery of his mental abnormalities from the local hospital. Oliver was then later "invited" to Lucas' non-existent "birthday party", which he used as a ruse to lock him up in the attic and hid the remote used to open the attic's entrance in one of his trophies so Zoe couldn't open the attic.
