The Sheriff was a character and the main antagonist who appeared in the episode Gold Watch. He is a sheriff deputy who encountered Benson when he got stranded in the desert. Soon after Benson asked him for help, he punched Benson and arrested him for what seemed to be no apparent reason. He then put Benson in jail along with Mordecai, Rigby and the test pilots for speeding (despite them being allowed to speed). He later arrested Pops for no apparent reason when he arrived at the station to bail them out. The sheriff died when he pushed his car to the limit in a chase with Benson, making the engine explode along with the car.
Personality
He appears to be very stubborn, and apparently follow the law to the extreme and does things in his own way. He is very selfish and arrested people, accusing them of something despite their efforts to tell him otherwise. Also he was very enraged when Benson accidentally shaved his mustache, which took him 30 years to grow.
