Brock is a Caucasian kid with brown hair who was the A.V. Kid (i.e., the in-charge of the technology) at Third Street School before handing over his keys to Lance the Pants because he had to move to Portugal. He was originally chosen to be the A.V. Kid in 3rd grade. Tradition said that one cannot be an A.V. Kid until 4th grade, but they made an exception for him. He was probably the best A.V. Kid in Third Street School. After he handed over his resignation, The Faculty gave him the responsibility of choosing the new A.V Kid. He is voiced by Scott McAfee.
