Biography
History
He was one of the priest in charge of a guarding a moxibustion chart that reveals the pressure point for the strength sapping Moxibustion technique, until it was stolen by Happosai almost a hundred years ago. It's also shown that in the manga he started dating a unknown female in the series.
Plot
When Ranma, Akane and Ukyo traveled to the monastery in the remote hidden village to find the pressure point chart the priest was immediately shock after learning the strength sapping Moxibustion has return to Japan. He immediately froze for a bit until going to sleep. Ranma woke him up and the priest unfortunately told him that the chart was stolen a hundred years ago. He did however give him a clue as to the identity of the thief that stole it i.e Happosai.
Appearance
The priest is an ancient looking monk with tanned skin, and a bald head. He wears a black robe while sporting a red kasaya. He appears to have lost a lot of teeth with only six remaining in his mouth.
Personality
The priest is an old monk who easily falls asleep during a crisis. He can also be surprised by the certain things namely the return of the strength sapping Moxibustion technique. However, he's a kind and generous man willing to help others with their burden namely helping find a cure for the moxibustion technique. He's also shown to have a romantic side to his as in the manga it's shown that he's become romantically involved with someone in the manga.
