Summary
"The Place" is the name given to a scrapped map that was likely intended to be added in the Aquatic Event. It was only shown off once in a tweet by PlaceRebuilder and was never mentioned afterwards. No details about the map are known.
Background Story
The survivors felt like after all the zombie slaying that they've done, they needed a nice break, so what better way to unwind than spending some time at a beach resort? Many traveled to this luxurious beachfront hotel...and almost immediately caught wind that some survivors had decided to travel to a certain other resort instead. Not wanting to feel left out, they quickly gathered their things and headed on over to enjoy the other resort's water slide, pirate ship attraction, and giant signature rubber duckie.
If you ask anyone about their time at "The Place", it seems like they'll hardly be able to recall their experience.
Design
The map is simply a long beach with two or more hotel buildings and a long pool between.

- "The Place" is likely wordplay on PlaceRebuilder's own username.
- Though this map was scrapped, the general resort aesthetic would be used for Peach N' Spills Resort.
- The full screenshot that PlaceRebuilder shared was the first time that the Aquatic Event costumes for the Edgar, Ticker, and Stalker were shown.
- The image also shows an animation rig at the entrance of the building marked as "The Place".
- Due to how simple and bland it's design was, the map was never used.
