Summary
Splattershot is a one-off skin for the P90. This can be found in Premium Skincrates.
It features a colour palette of jet black and contrasting bright lime-yellow, and its rail has been replaced with an integrated optic. Lots of fake weapon branding logos and text have been painted onto the weapon in white and black, and blue neon accents have also been built into the weapon.
Trivia
- This weapon is a direct reference to the Hero Shot weapon from the game Splatoon 2, used by the player in the main campaign mode.
- This skin also features the exact same logos and branding seen on the original weapon, using the same garbled Inkling language seen in the Splatoon universe.
- However, the skin's name comes from the Splattershot weapon obtainable early in the online multiplayer modes.
- The optic on top of the skin was originally supposed to be functional, though this was never added.
- Unlike other weapons with neon highlights, this skin uses the Custom finish, and the blue accents do not create a glow effect in dark maps such as No Mercy Hospital and Dead Vacation.
- The black logo actually has "R2DA" written under it.
