Dr. Leo is a character in Soul Blazer. He is a genius inventor of the Freil Empire, father of Lisa and owner of Turbo, Lue and Nome.

The most genius inventor, his talent was recognized by King Magridd and he was imprisoned by him to force him to create a machine to summon demons. He not only dedicates himself to inventions, but also to art, as in the painting he painted called: "The World of Evil" with some brushes that he made himself.
