Zor was a marine in the Terran Coalition of Man, who was involved in the first wave of the invasion of Stroggos. He deployed in the same battle group as Stepchild, and he can be heard responding to a status check along with the other marines. His drop pod crash landed in the vicinity of the Research Hangar. When Stepchild arrives on the scene, he has orders to retrieve an Airstrike Marker that has been seized by a Gladiator from near the drop pod, and use it to assist with a TCM airstrike on the facility; it seems likely that the Airstrike Marker was originally in Zor's keeping when he landed. Zor himself is not found on the scene, either living or dead; it may be that he was killed on impact or by Strogg forces shortly after. However, there is a marine prisoner in the same level (the only one found in Ground Zero, incidentally) which perhaps might be Zor, now captured and traumatised by the Strogg.

The name "Zor" is a reference to Rogue Entertainment's level designer (of that time), Berenger "Zor" Fish.
