The first house found by Tubbo, Foolish, Sunny, and Leo on what's now claimed as Fobo territory[1]. It is a humble, quaint little cottage that had a villager living inside later dubbed by Tubbo as the "first resident o' Fobo".
The house is mainly built from various styles of diorite walls with some andesite accents. The roof is made up of wooden spruce stairs and oak fences, and there's some stripped spruce logs and bricks building up the to the tip of the spire. Around the back of the house is a small, garden area walled off by bricks. At the front of the house, above and to the sides of the door are two item frames, the right one displaying an amethyst Foolish gifted to Leo and the left one, which is meant to display the Gem of Fobo, currently displaying a lump of coal after Cellbit stole the gem and replaced it.[2]. The inside is fairly small in space but holds some barrels, a crafting table, a couple furnaces and a white bed. Tubbo and Foolish currently use the house as a starter base.
The Basement
Under the stairs of House of Fobo, was a ladder down with a little dug out section before heading into the basement that held a hidden room with a security locked chest and puzzles via books to open it, which held Tubbo’s missing data.
The Basement's main room is used essentially as a living room, it has stone tiled walls and wooden jacaranda planks for flooring. A corner of the basement was replaced with bookshelves and an enchanting table, with bits of ores decorated above said bookshelves.
Three hallways coming off the main room sectioning off between the storage room, Sunny, Leo, Chayanne, and Tallulah’s rooms, and Tubbo, Foolish, and Pepito’s rooms.
The Kitchen
Built by Tubbo and Sunny for a bounty, the kitchen has a very homely feel. The floor is a checker pattern of soapstone and bone blocks and the walls are built up with more bone blocks, stone tiles, and stripped flowery wood logs giving the room a very light feel.
An orange curtain is placed on its left side to lead into a soon to be built closet for food.
The Storage System
After building the main room in the basement, Tubbo created a Storage room for a bounty. He constructed it using stone tiles and glass for the walls to look out at the windmill dungeon and farms of the 11x11 area with jacaranda planks and stone tiles around them paving the floor. Chests with iron upgrades are lined all around the parameter of the room and reach up to 3 rows high on parts of the wall with no glass windows, these chests are all linked by an inventory connector for ease of access to the items.
The Wither Skeleton Farm
Built underneath the storage room is a massive wither skeleton farm. After collecting five wither skeleton spawners Tubbo used them as efficiently as possible, suspending them for maximum spawning rates then having the skeletons be pushed to the centre and fall onto bamboo spikes from which a player could then kill them.
Bedrooms
Originally Sunny and Leo’s bedroom was just the main room of the basement before the basement further developed, soon making Tubbo and Foolish rooms for a bounty.
Pepito, Chayanne, and Tallulah getting rooms as they were family of the two leaders of Town of Fobo.

Often described as "prison-core," Tubbo only created the bedroom after Sunny's insistence. In protest, he used drab colours such as an andesite flooring, ebony wood and a bone block finish on the walls. He has a cyan blue bed at the centre of the left side of the room and an iron chair facing the wall

Pepito's room is filled with pink and red tones. Pepito furnished his room with light pink tables and cabinets with a hot pink sofa with a heart pattern.

Stables
As the server has been using a multitude of animals such as chocobos, zebras, ostriches, dinosaurs, and horses, there have been bounties for stables and thus there are multiple stables in the Town of Fobo.
Tubbo’s Stable
Built by Tubbo for a bounty, Tubbo constructed a quick industrial looking stable for his secondary horse next to the horse pits. Just outside of the stable is a prank made my Richarlyson and Pac, which was a bunch of gnomes around a barrel and grill as the “gnomes” had some of Foolish’s prize horses.
Sunny’s Stable
Instructed to by Tubbo for a bounty, Sunny built a beautiful wooden stable for some horses surrounded by greenery in between the horse pits and the Mouth of Fobo.
