RM02, alternatively called the Mega Max, is a mecha firetruck used during Burning Rescue operations. It stores various equipment under firefighter regulations and shoots out rescue gear from the ladder. It is piloted by Lucia Fex.
Appearance
The Mega Max's outer appearance resembles a typical firetruck with a separate section for the ladder. It features red, yellow and orange plating plus multiple wheels. "Rescue FDPP" can be read at the side. Alongside that, Burning Rescue's logo is also seen. The Mega Max's front features typical car lights and a black plow for debris or other obstacles. At the right side's top of the vehicle is a long, white ladder used to shoot out equipped firefighters.
Inside is Lucia's desk, typically illuminated by various monitors. Various junk food products are scatter about. At the control panel is a joystick and several buttons. The other side features folded rescue gears which rescuers can wait inside in.
History
Galo-hen
After the station's fire alarm goes off, Burning Rescue begin to head out right before Remi and co. attempt to leave Galo behind. Galo argues that this could act as job experience, convincing Ignis to have Lucia watch over him. As time goes on, Lucia becomes annoyed with Galo's impatience as she monitors the scene. Suddenly, Lucia notes the presence of a woman trapped inside. Furthermore, the building is at risk of exploding from the chemicals within the pharmaceutical. Galo decides to head out and deal with the situation himself.
After rescuing her, Galo's arm is accidentally lit ablaze by Thyma. As Aina deals with them both, Lucia revolves to use ice missiles to put her out, making her unconscious. Gueira and Meis then suddenly appear and take the young employee away.
Promare
Lucia and co. are sent out after a call for the pharmaceutical. Before entering, Galo can be seen sleeping inside the truck, likely waiting already. Nonetheless, Lucia sends out Varys, Remi, and Galo to deal with the flames. Galo in particular is launched straight upward to the building's top to remove the smog. Suddenly Mad Burnish appears. To resolve this matter, Lucia and Galo collaborate to reveal Galo's Matoi Tech.
During Lio's attack on Promepolis, Lucia assists with putting out fires. Remi rides atop the Mega Max, shooting ice ammo provided by Varys. When the firefighters meet up with Galo again, Lucia launches Galo to where Lio and Kray are. The truck is soon seen again, hitting Vulcan and other Freeze Force members. After Burning Rescue finds Galo, Vulcan attempts to crush the team with the Mega Max via ramming his vehicle into it. This only benefits them as Lucia and Heris proceed to help Galo inside the Mega Max. The duo create a drill for Galo to use. Lucia then launches him underground.
Abilities
- Drive: Naturally as a vehicle, the RM02 is driven about Promepolis and typically follows behind the RM01.
- Monitor: Lucia is able to hijack nearby cameras and monitor them at her desk. For sky shots, she may instead use a drone featuring red and blue lights.
- Ice Missiles: When Thyma becomes Burnish, Lucia thinks fast and shoots a missile that completely freezes her flames. This is enough to make her unconscious.

Trivia
- According to a Twitch stream, the reason the Mega Max drives without Lucia or anyone else being at the wheel is due to it driving automatically akin to self-driving cars[1].
- The design was made by Huke, the creator of Black Rock Shooter[2].
