Saltonstall was an operative of the Grail and leader of its Samson Unit.
Biography
Saltonstall interviewed Klaus Starr as a possible candidate for the Grail. After he passed the screening portion, Saltonstall oversaw the testing for the candidates.[1]
After Starr succeeded, Saltonstall explained the goals of the Grail. Shortly after presenting Starr his new uniform, Saltonstall was pushed off a tower by the former.[1]

- Saltonstall was portrayed by Fredric Lehne.
- Saltonstall appears to be the show's version of Eisenstein from the comics. Both held similar positions, recruited Starr and share the same fate.
