Chilly is a young woman that lives on the streets of New York City.
Biography
Chilly moved into New York City after her family disowned her. While on the streets, she met Quincy and kept to his side, the two scrapping through for money and food. The two encountered Blanca Evangelista, introduced themselves, and told their backgrounds; Chilly and Quincy were also introduced to Pray Tell, who willingly took the young children out for burgers and fries.[1]
After spending some time under Blanca's roof, Chilly returned home to her birth family.[2]
