Tokimeki Bossa
Creamy, a white miniature poodle, has brown eyes, light blue eyeshadow, and pink lipstick. They wear a magenta dress with white trim and polka dots. Underneath are light gray stockings and teal colored heels. Their fur is made to resemble hair, gloves, and a collar; the head is decorated with a blue headband and two pink flower pin. Creamy's original state does become visible in their LOSE animation, as the one appearance we see was their dream self.
Their 2P colors Creamy's dress navy blue with lighter blue polka dots, and their stockings are lavender with black heels. Their eyes are light blue and their fur is dark gray. Both their headband and hairpins are black.
Cameos
Creamy first appears to be a companion pet for Honey in Pop'n Music 10. Creamy is in their original miniature poodle appearance; their flower hairpins are kept, but the teal headband is absent. For Honey's second color palette, they were dark gray, and their hairpins remained pink.

- The dog that appears with Creamy in their FEVER! and Win animations also appeared in some of Honey's animations in Pop'n Music 10.
- Although Creamy appears to be feminine, their card list their gender with a red and green apple, indicating that they are non-binary. Honey, their owner, is also revealed to be non-binary with a feminine appearance.
