Libby is the beloved of MPSE sound editor Rick Hinson and might have done sound editing work herself under the name Elizabeth Hinson. She was brought into TaleSpin to take the edge off of Rebecca because the male writers were making Rebecca into a difficult character (which in some ways; she was justified because Baloo was a lazy, irresponsable pilot working for a cargo company that she now owns). This paid off as she became one of the best writers in DTVA and one of the few writers from DTVA who had the "heart" that made Disney, Disney.
