The Time Capsule is an object introduced in Generation II.
Description
The Time Capsule is on the second floor of every Pokémon Center. It allows the player to trade Pokémon from Generation II to Generation I. The Time Capsule is not available at first, since it undergoing repairs, but it will become available after meeting Bill in Ecruteak City and waiting for a day.
