Sweets are held items introduced in Generation VIII. If held by a Milcery, after the player spins for an amount of time and then stops, the Milcery evolves into Alcremie, consuming the Sweet.

Obtaining
A Strawberry Sweet can be obtained in Hammerlocke.
Strawberry, Berry, Love, Clover and Flower Sweets can be obtained as a reward for winning in a Battle Café.
All Sweets can be obtained from Cram-o-matic:
- Strawberry, Berry, Love, Clover or Flower Sweet is given as an output of value 91-100 Fairy-type input.
- Strawberry, Star or Ribbon Sweet is given as an output of value 111-120 Fairy-type input.
Strawberry, Berry, Love, Clover and Flower Sweets can be sold as the highlight item by the Watt Trader in Snowslide Slope.
