Rocko is a character appearing in Pokémon: BW Adventures in Unova and Beyond. He is a character of the day in "A Surface to Air Tag Battle Team!".
Biography

Rocko and his older twin brother Soren were Tag Team battlers who encountered Ash and Cilan in a maize. Rocko introduced himself as the self-proclaimed "master of the ground," since his Pokémon, Drilbur, was a Ground, and Soren was similarly the self-proclaimed "master of the sky" from having a Braviary, which is partly a type. Rocko and Soren mentioned that they had defeated Subway Bosses Ingo and Emmet in a Tag Battle a while back, though Rocko elaborated that it was merely a fantasy. Rocko and Soren mentioned that they had planned to enter the Unovan Pokémon League of Unova but did not because there were no Tag Battles.[1]
The twins challenged Ash and Cilan to a Tag Battle, to which they accepted. Rocko and Soren used several combo moves as they battled with their respective Drilbur and Braviary. The twins lost the battle from Ash's Unfezant and Cilan's Pansage using a combined Solar Beam move.[1]
Rocko and Soren blamed one another for losing, but Cilan proposed they both can catch a Water-type Pokémon so that they could utilize more combo moves. Cilan soon taught Rocko and Soren how to go fishing. Rocko and Soren fished out two Frillish, though the brothers continued to argue, and each Frillish used Bubble Beam on the brothers before escaping. With some effort, Rocko caught a Corphish, while Soren caught a Buizel.[1]
Lastly, Rocko and Soren said goodbye to the protagonists and continued to practice combo moves with their newly caught Pokémon.[1]
