Raymond

Raymond is a character who appeared during the first Pokémon movie, Mewtwo Strikes Back.

Biography

Raymond approached the heroes, who were camping, and asked if they knew a trainer named Ash Ketchum from Pallet Town. Ash stated that he was that trainer and Raymond challenged him for a battle, which Ash accepted. Raymond used his Donphan, Machamp, Golem, Venomoth and Pinsir in his battle but they were easily defeated by Ash's Bulbasaur, Squirtle and Pikachu.

Donphan

Machamp was used by Raymond in his battle against Ash and his Squirtle. Squirtle used Bubble Beam and Machamp was quickly knocked out by that attack.

Golem, Venomoth and Pinsir was used by Raymond in his battle against Ash and his Pikachu. Raymond was angry that Ash was able to defeat his Donphan and Machamp and sent his last three Pokémon out. Pikachu used Thunderbolt and knocked Golem, Venomoth and Pinsir out.
