Purity Forest is a dungeon in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team and Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Blue Rescue Team and Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Rescue Team DX, and is considered the ultimate dungeon, as it reduces your leader-only team to level 1, which also reduces the stats and IQ to what they would be at level 1, and you are forbidden from bringing any items or money. Celebi resides on the final floor, and it will join your team automatically without a battle.
