This Palkia is a water/dragon-type Pokémon that appears in Hoopa and the Clash of Ages.
Biography
Palkia was one of several Legendary Pokémon summoned to Dahara City by the dark side of Hoopa. Controlled by the malevolent Hoopa, it joined Primal Kyogre, Dialga, Kyurem, Giratina, and Primal Groudon in attacking the city and the noble side of Hoopa and Ash Ketchum. This led to it clashing with Mega Rayquaza, Mega Latios, and Mega Latias before being freed from the dark Hoopa's control. It afterwards joined its fellow legends in attempting to halt a time-space rift created by the constant use of both Hoopas' portal rings, before departing following an appearance by Arceus.
