Lisa, also known as Rin (リン) in Japan, is a supporting character who appears in Pokémon 3: The Movie.
Biography
Lisa met up with Ash and his friends and challenged her to a Full Battle. In the subsequent confrontation, Lisa's Girafarig and Butterfree defeated Ash's Chikorita and Bulbasaur, but his Totodile, Noctowl and Cyndaquil defeated her Granbull, Aipom and Mankey, and Ash's Pikachu and her Quagsire came to a draw, and Ash won the battle. After the battle, Lisa sits on a bench alongside Ash and his pals. At this point, it's further shown that she's friendly and in good spirits. She witnessed the crystallization in the surrounding area (to her surprise). She also saw Entei take away Ash's mother Delia Ketchum while she was brainwashed and unconscious, and followed Entei. However, the main group weren't able to stop him and Entei successfully brought her to the crystal tower.
By the time Entei was crystallizing the town of Greenfield, Lisa reveals her supportive side when she gave Ash her Pokégear so he could keep in contact with Professor Oak while he and his friends went into the crystal tower to investigate and rescue Delia.
