The Flashcar is a speed vehicle that is driven and owned by the Speedy Twins. It first appeared in the Season 5 episode "Carly and Cartoka." The Flashcar is driven by Carly and maintained by Cartoka. The twins are constantly looking for new parts to further upgrade the car, which is the main reason they came to the city. In their debut episode, the twins managed to steal parts of all the PJ Masks vehicles, and used them to upgrade the car, leaving the PJ vehicles useless. Those upgrades included Owl Wing Tips from the Owl-Glider, protective lizard scales from the Gekko-Mobile, and the wheels from the Cat-Car. The PJs had been trying to get these parts back since then, which became a recurring theme in any episode featuring the Speedy Twins (except for "Crash Track Trick" and "Gekko's Speedy Lizard") until "The PJ Riders Save the Day," where the three main vehicles were restored by the PJ Riders (although the statuses of the PJ Rovers and PJ Seeker are currently unknown). As a result, most likely from the events of said episode, the Flashcar is back to its original design when it was first introduced as of "Heroes of the Road." In "Cats on Wheels," Cartoka used the Cat Speed Taking Remote to steal the speed powers from the Cat-Car and the Cat Racer and transfer them into the Flashcar to make it more faster. With the vehicles being shrunken, Catboy had to summon Cat Stripe King so both of them and Bastet could go to Zoomzania to take back the powers. In the process, the twins also stole Catboy and Cat Stripe King's powers as well, rendering them both powerless. Now the Flashcar was faster than ever. However, Bastet outsmarted Carly and Cartoka by making them crash and retrieving the Power Taking Remote and giving the powers back to their respective owners, leaving the Flashcar the same speed again. In "Flashcar to the Moon," the Speedy Twins stole a piece of the moon crystal from the Moon Girls and made their Flashcar even more speedier. However, it goes out of control when too many moon crystals are added into the Flashcar's engine, causing it to go haywire. |
