Gordon is a plane who tried to apply for the Wings Around the Globe.

History

Gordon is one of the qualifiers for the Wings Around the Globe at Lincoln, Nebraska. As a result of the explosion of his engine during his lap, he was eliminated from the race.

Gordon is seen racing at the Reno Air Race with Dusty Crophopper, LJH 86 Special, Little King, Antonio, Tsubasa, Gunnar Viking, and Hammer.

Livery

He is painted mainly red. On the tips of his wings is a white and red checkerboard pattern. On the head he has a "Gordon" inscription. His racing number is #15.

Model

Gordon is modeled after an Extra EA-300.

Bio

  • Having already achieved great success in the world of acrobatic flying, Gordon decided to enter the world of competitive rally racing. Gordon's signature move is a reverse half Cuban Eight: starting from level flight, Gordon pulls into a 45-degree climb, performs a half roll while still climbing, and then completes five-eights of a loop to level out again. It is far more exciting to watch than to read about.
