Candice is a racer in the Race-O-Rama series.
History
In Cars: Race-O-Rama, Candice is the first character that races against Lightning McQueen in the Race-O-Rama series at Santa Carburera. She has a very spoiled, presumed and selfish attitude. She first appears in the cutscene for Candice's Glam Tour, where she is introduced by Chick Hicks, and some fans are cheering her. Lightning admits he thought that he had a paparazzi problem. Candice says that the only problem he will have is beating her on her home track. She then competes in the race. She races for the Chick Hicks Racing Academy, but she is soon beaten by McQueen. In the endscene, she gets so upset about losing, that she calls her father to say that she wants "new tires, new paint, new...everything, and I want it NOW!" Her father then agrees to get her those things. Then she goes away saying that she has some shopping to do.
She also appears in Point to Point 2 and Reunion Rundown. Later, at the end of the game, in the end-scene for Chick Hicks Showdown, she apologizes for her behavior during the races along with Stinger and El Machismo. She also translates Stinger's expressions. Lightning accepts the apology, and invites her, Stinger, and El Machismo to come to the Doc Hudson Racing Academy anytime.
General information
Physical description
Candice is a mix of various Porsche models, thus making her look similar to Sally, and is painted pink, with chrome rims and door handles. She has yellow and white headlights, and light blue eyes.
Her license plate is a California license plate that reads "SO HOT".
Personality and traits
Candice is extremely bratty and spoilt, in part due to constant coddling from her rich father, who spoils her rotten with new parts. As a result, she acts extremely childish when things don't go her way, throwing a tantrum upon losing to Lightning in her boss race and angrily demanding new parts from her father. She is also shown to act like a diva, soaking up the attention from her fans, but really thinking little of them and even calling them "parasites" when she angrily leaves after losing in her boss race.
However, Candice does show a more humble side by the end of the game, where she (alongside El Machismo and Stinger) apologises to Lightning for her behaviour on the track and admits she likes the way he races (even if it takes the spotlight off of her). When Lightning extends an offer for the three to join the Doc Hudson Racing Academy, Candice is flattered and grateful.
