Miguel Camino is a character in Cars 2.
Official Description
"Spain’s most renowned, admired and captivating car is Pamplona’s Miguel Camino. He first caught his home country’s attention by participating in the infamous Running of the Bulldozers. His flair, style and speed as a toreador in the dozer ring has inspired a generation of young bulldozer fighters, and soon that same speed and verve turned headlights of fans and competitors alike on the Grand Touring Sport racing circuit. Bearing the #5 and the fiery colors of the Spanish flag, Miguel Camino is hoping to race his way into more hearts at the World Grand Prix."
Cars 2
In the movie, he was the first racer zapped by the lemons' machine during the race in Tokyo, and he went into the pits. Brent Mustangburger says "Very unusual, Darrell. He's been so consistent all year." During that race, his pit was between Lightning McQueen's and Nigel Gearsley's. In the Italy race, he is the 4th car to get damaged, as he crashes with Shu Todoroki, and gets hit by Max Schnell. However, he got fixed, and was able to race in London. When the race started, he was in third place. Then he raced in Radiator Springs.
Personality
Miguel Camino is good in bullfighting bulldozers in his own country due to its flair, style, and speed as a toreador in the dozer ring that inspired a generation of young bulldozer fighters. He is empathetic, sincere, warm-hearted, and generous, and Miguel Camino is caring and self-sacrificing, often putting others' needs before their own. He also doesn't like being unwanted or unloved, and the Core Desire is to feel loved and appreciated.

Creation and development
While there isn't much information about Miguel's development, an early concept design of the World Grand Prix Racers suggests he and Lewis Hamilton were not originally intended to be part of the World Grand Prix. Instead, there were plans to feature a Porsche GT based on the Porsche 997 GT3 RSR GT2 racecar, and a #62 Ferrari GT2 based on the #62 Ferrari F430 GT2 used by the Risi Competizione racing team. However, this character was scrapped and was replaced by the Spanish GT2 champion, Miguel Camino.
Jay Shuster, a character and environment designer who worked on all three Cars films, stated in a fan interview that Miguel took inspiration from the Chevrolet Corvette (repurposed after the C6-R model made for Jeff Gorvette), the Nissan GT-R, and the American muscle cars that were around during the production of Cars 2.
