The Brain Trust, also known as the Pixar Senior Creative Team, is a small group of creative leaders at Pixar who oversee development on all movies. The group came about during the development of Toy Story. The group mainly consists of the directors of all of Pixar's films that are currently in development, with the films' producers joining the group starting with Elemental.
