A cherry is the fruit of many plants.

In St. James's Palace, King George Augustus had a dining room full of food, including desserts with cherries on top. The infamous pirate Captain Jack Sparrow tried grabbing a cherry as King George spoke of how the Spanish King Ferdinand located the Fountain of Youth. After King George showed his displeasure about a Catholic gaining eternal life, Jack was able to pick up the cherry and eat it.[1]
