Electrodes are broken circuits appearing in many caves of Pikmin 3 and Hey! Pikmin. Yellow Pikmin can join hands while touching Electrodes, passing the electricity through their bodies to complete the circuit and lighting the area. Once turned on, they remain on and cannot be deactivated. Also, Pikmin types other than Yellow bloom after the electric current has been conducted.
In Pikmin 3, Electrodes are used to defeat the Vehemoth Phosbat.
