Floe is a side character seen in Phoenotopia who comes from a society of explorers and is a colleague of Gill. The two of them, along with Gale, are recruited by Fran to work for her as Moonstone Hunters. Gill and Floe are seen at different locations throughout the game depending on how many Moonstones the player has collected.
Events of Phoenotopia
Floe is first seen with Gill at Atai City discussing their financial situation and lack of funds for exploring. Gill suggests that he pawn off his collection of shiny rocks, but Floe dismisses the idea, claiming that nobody would want them.
After Gale rescues Fran, the latter will travel to either Atai or back to her lab depending on how far the player has progressed. In either location, Fran meets Gill and Floe and reveals that Gill's rocks are actually valuable Moonstones needed for her research. She recruits Floe, Gill, and Gale as her Moonstone Hunters. Floe tells Gale that she couldn't resists joining Fran because of how cute she is.
Floe will later appear at the treehouse area at Crossroads after Gale exterminates the Slimes there.
After achieving 100% completion of the game, Gill and Floe will travel to the Hidden Village. Gill says that he has explored the village thoroughly and tells her about a strange light seen to the south that he plans to explore. This unlocks the secret ???? area.
