Zema (Japanese: ゼマ) is a town on Motavia in the classic Phantasy Star series. The town makes an appearance in both Phantasy Star II and Phantasy Star IV: The End of the Millennium.
Phantasy Star II

Zema is the third city reached in Phantasy Star II. It is found on the other side of the central lake to Paseo. After visiting the town for the first time, Anna joins the party. Because of its convenient location, locals used to use jet scooters in order to easily traverse the waters surrounding the city before teleportation services were invented.
Phantasy Star IV

In Phantasy Star IV: The End of the Millennium, Zema is a town on Motavia that sits at the entrance to Birth Valley. All shops and the inn in Zema are locked until the party returns from Tonoe with the alshline.
