Sandy is a very minor female character who has never appeared in the Peanuts comic strip but is one of the figure skaters in the competition, in which Peppermint Patty competes, in the TV special, She's a Good Skate, Charlie Brown. Her name is only mentioned by the announcer at the beginning, as is the case with Mora and Evelyn. She does not skate very well and all the judges give her a score of less than 3. Sandy has brown curly hair. She wears an orangish-reddish winter hat, an orange shirt, a red skirt and an orange blouse.
