Ethan is a minor male character in the Peanuts comic strip by Charles M. Schulz.
History
Ethan first appeared on July 14, 1993, in the same summer camp as Charlie Brown. He is Charlie Brown's bunk mate, who seems to be a little ignorant, like Charlie Brown's sister Sally. In his first appearance, he shows Charlie Brown an arrow that he crafted in art class. He describes it as an Indian arrow, although it does not look like a weapon. Ethan claims Indians used that type of arrow to figure out which way they should go.

The next day, he tells Charlie Brown he wants to be a newspaper columnist when he grows up, because he's strongly opinionated about everything. He demonstrates the strength of his opinions by telling Charlie Brown he thinks the shirt he is wearing looks stupid.
Nothing more is seen of Ethan after that.
Trivia
- Ethan is one of the many Peanuts characters to appear in the game Snoopy's Street Fair, in which he owns an archery range booth. Ethan is seen standing in front of the booth, holding the same Indian arrow he had in the strip.
